Introducing the Great British Entrepreneurs Scale-Up Conference

Over the past five years, the UK has done a tremendous job of starting businesses. In 2016, a record 650,000 new businesses were launched. It isn’t so good at scaling businesses. While there are around 5.5 million companies in the UK, roughly 4 million are sole traders. And fewer than 4% of start-ups have more than 10 employees a decade after launching.

Taking place in Central London on 20 November, The Great British Entrepreneur Scale-Up Conference is a one-day event designed to help entrepreneurs, founders and business owners take the next step in their journey; scaling their business.

Working in association with Coutts, NatWest and RBS, The Conference draws on the real-life experiences of entrepreneurs and experts who have navigated the transition from start-up to scale-up and have increased their size, reach and revenues exponentially, while also carefully managing their cost of doing business.
