During November I was asked by the Today Programme on Radio 4 to come into the studio for a chinwag with Simon Jack who has interviewed me before. Simon is an excellent interviewer who is always cheerful and gets to the point without being aggressive.

Sahar Hashimi OBE who with her brother Bobby created Coffee Republic joined me for the discussion which revoved around what motivates entrepreneurs.

As I mentioned above we discussed what motivates entrepreneurs and whether it is just money. I explaned to Simon that in my opinion money is never enough on its own because to ensure longevity of an enterprise it will also need a large dose of passion.

Business is about more than just money for most entrepreneurs its part of who they are and becomes part of their DNA.
