Property investment and development is at the core of our activities, with developments including commercial, care homes, hotels and residential, including sympathetic listed building refurbishment. Our primary focus in this sector is strategic land acquisition and mixed use developments. Please click here for specific information relating to strategic land.

With a track record stretching over 50 years, we buy sites either unconditionally or on a subject to planning basis and often work in joint venture partnership with landowners, including private householders and farmers, in order to increase value ranging from individual housing plots, to strategic land parcels of 1,000 acres or more, and unlock opportunities for future residential, commercial and leisure developments.
As experts in obtaining alternative use planning permissions, and with detailed knowledge of the planning system and local authority requirements throughout the UK, we are supported by long-standing relationships with a select group of professionals such as architects and highways consultants.
We are always looking for new projects and recognise introductions for opportunities presented to us which we are not already considering and which lead to a successful completion (terms of introduction and conditions apply). The ideal lot size is £500,000 to £50M.
