With a track record stretching over 50 years, we buy sites either unconditionally or on a subject to planning basis and often work in joint venture partnership with landowners, including private householders and farmers, in order to increase value ranging from individual housing plots, to strategic land parcels of 1,000 acres or more, and unlock opportunities for future residential, commercial and leisure developments.
As experts in obtaining alternative use planning permissions, and with detailed knowledge of the planning system and local authority requirements throughout the UK, we are supported by long-standing relationships with a select group of professionals such as architects and highways consultants.
