Always Do What It Says On Your Tin
Business is a matter of selling either a product or service for more than you pay for it, after deducting all costs, such as marketing, administration, tax, VAT and the such like.
In my opinion though, there is one non-negotiable issue which should always take priority regardless of anything else, and that is making sure that your business does exactly what you claim it will do.
This week’s tip is simply this…Make sure your product or service does exactly what you say it will and if at any point it doesn’t, deal with the issue quickly and without quibble.
Remember that your existing customer is the best customer you will ever have and is often your best salesperson too!
Look after them and your efforts and honesty will be rewarded time and time again.
